“Not the ideal end to my Clipsal 500 campaign. I didn’t expect the amount of aero understeer I got there at turn 8, so it was a mistake. It’s a common thing to get in that corner when there are so many cars going around.”

“Qualifying this morning was really good, so there are some positives to take out of today and the weekend. It was my first time in the Top Ten Shootout here and so was stable mate Tim Slade, so it shows our cars are fast. It’s a good step forward for the team and positive for us moving onto the next round.”

“I feel like I’ve had a taste of a really good car so I want more and am already eager for the Grand Prix. The team worked really hard this weekend and I can’t thank them enough.”
