Feeling competitive
Feeling competitive

Tim Slade:

“The car felt competitive in the wet today, both Ash and I were in the top ten all day and the car felt good. We changed only a few things over the two sessions, both of which were wet. The first session ended in quite a heavy downpour and you don’t really get much from that, except a lot of cars going off, which you saw at turn one.”

“The conditions started to dry up in practice two and the grip levels were improving, but we’re still at least ten second off our qualifying times from last year. I’m glad we’re at the pointy end; plus Nick finished in P1 in the teams other Freightliner Racing Commodore, which is great for the team.”
